FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.5 inches near the Straits will
move to southeastern Quebec tonight as it deepens to 29.4 inches.
After a period of northwesterly gales tonight, a fast moving ridge
of high pressure of 30.3 inches will cross the lake Thursday.
Behind the ridge a period of southerly gales is likely Friday
before low pressure of 29.2 inches moves across central Lake
Michigan early Saturday morning.

Waves 8 to 12 ft occasionally to 16 ft subsiding to 4 to 7 ft
occasionally to 9 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt becoming east 10 to
15 kt late in the evening...then becoming southeast 10 to 20 kt
after midnight becoming south to 30 kt late. Waves 3 to 5 ft.
.FRIDAY...South gales to 35 kt increasing to gales to 40 kt. Rain
likely in the afternoon. Waves 7 to 10 ft occasionally to 13 ft
