IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES STRETCHES FROM THE
NORTHERN PLAINS INTO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THIS MORNING AND
WILL SHIFT EAST TODAY REACHING THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TO UPPER
OHIO VALLEY LATE THIS EVENING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS TONIGHT THEN LIFT TO LAKE MICHIGAN
SUNDAY NIGHT. A 30.2 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL
PLAINS SUNDAY NIGHT THEN MOVE EAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY MONDAY.
MEANWHILE...A 29.5 INCH LOW WILL DEVELOP OVER HUDSON BAY MONDAY
WITH A COLD FRONT PUSHING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN MONDAY NIGHT. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE PLAINS AGAIN ON
TUESDAY THEN SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE MIDWEST WEDNESDAY.
