WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER QUEBEC WILL MOVE EAST
TO NOVA SCOTIA BY THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES
OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES WILL DRIFT SOUTHEAST TO THE OHIO
VALLEY BY MONDAY MORNING. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.2 INCHES WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES TODAY AND MONDAY WITH A TRAILING
COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE LOW WILL
CONTINUE EAST TO HUDSON BAY EARLY TUESDAY AND DEEPEN TO 29.1
INCHES AS AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL SPREAD ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
TUESDAY FOLLOWING THE FRONTAL PASSAGE.
