WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES OVER SOUTHWEST QUEBEC WILL
MOVE NORTHEAST THROUGH QUEBEC THIS AFTERNOON WHILE DEEPENING TO
29.2 INCHES. A LARGE AND EXPANSIVE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7
INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST BEHIND THE
DEPARTING LOW. THIS HIGH WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT OVER THE GREAT LAKES
REGION THIS WEEKEND WHILE WEAKENING TO 30.3 INCHES.
