WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WITH A CENTRAL PRESSURE
OF 30.4 INCHES COVERS MUCH OF THE EASTERN CONUS WHILE LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.6 INCHES SITS OVER HUDSON BAY. ANOTHER LOW IS DEVELOPING
OVER NORTHERN MANITOBA AND IS EXPECTED TO DEEPEN TO 29.6 INCHES BY
SUNDAY MORNING AS IT MOVES INTO SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO. THE LOW IS
EXPECTED TO TRACK EAST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT
WHILE DRAGGING A STRONG COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. THE LOW
IS EXPECTED TO DEEPEN FURTHER TO 29.4 INCHES WHILE MOVING FROM
SOUTHEASTERN ONTARIO INTO WESTERN QUEBEC MONDAY EVENING. A SURGE
OF VERY COLD AIR WILL OVERSPREAD THE GREAT LAKES REGION BEHIND THE
COLD FRONT...WITH WINDS POSSIBLY REACHING GALE FORCE LEVELS...
ESPECIALLY OVER THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.5 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO BUILD INTO THE SOUTH HIGH PLAINS MONDAY
NIGHT AND TUESDAY AS ANOTHER COLD FRONT...WITH A REINFORCING SHOT
OF COLD AIR SWEEPS ACROSS THE LAKE ON WEDNESDAY.
