IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES LIES NEAR THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST THIS MORNING WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES
LIES OVER THE ARROWHEAD OF MINNESOTA. THE LOW WILL DEEPEN TO 29.5
INCHES AND MOVE INTO QUEBEC TUESDAY NIGHT WHILE DRAGGING A COLD
FRONT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL
BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST WEDNESDAY...THEN MOVE TO THE MID
OHIO VALLEY BY FRIDAY.
