IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES NEAR JAMES BAY WILL MOVE
INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. A 30.2 INCH HIGH OVER
THE PLAINS WILL SPREAD OVER THE WESTERN LAKES WEDNESDAY EVENING
BEFORE CONTINUING TO NEW ENGLAND BY FRIDAY MORNING. A 29.7 INCH
LOW EJECTS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS THURSDAY EVENING AND WEAKENS AS
IT MOVES OVER THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SATURDAY MORNING.
