IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER IOWA HAS A FRONT
EXTENDING EAST FROM IT ACROSS CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN. THE LOW WILL
MOVE QUICKLY SOUTHEAST TO SOUTHERN ILLINOIS BY MIDDAY SUNDAY
DRAGGING THE FRONT QUICKLY SOUTH ACROSS SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN
OVERNIGHT. THE LOW WILL THEN CONTINUE MOVING QUICKLY EAST TO THE
MID ATLANTIC BY MIDDAY MONDAY WITH WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING
AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES SPREADING ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES SUNDAY
NIGHT IN ITS WAKE.
