IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES ALONG THE EASTERN
SEABOARD WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY MOVE OFFSHORE WHILE LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.5 INCHES MOVES FROM NORTHERN MISSOURI TO SOUTHERN LAKE
MICHIGAN BY EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THIS LOW WILL THEN MOVE TO THE
EASTERN GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY NIGHT WHILE WEAKENING SLIGHTLY TO
29.7 INCHES. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES ACROSS
SOUTHERN CANADA WILL GRADUALLY BUILD INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST
TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN EXPAND INTO THE WESTERN
GREAT LAKES BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY... WEAKENING TO 30.3
INCHES. LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.8 INCHES WILL MOVE UP THE OHIO
RIVER VALLEY REGION SOMETIME EARLY IN THE WEEKEND.
