EVENING. THIS LOW WILL THEN SHIFT TO SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN EARLY
THURSDAY MORNING...THEN CONTINUE TO SOUTHERN QUEBEC THURSDAY
NIGHT. MEANWHILE...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.6 INCHES
WILL BUILD SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST
