WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES STRETCHES FROM NEW
ENGLAND INTO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF
29.3 INCHES LIES OVER NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN. THIS LOW WILL MOVE
OVER HUDSON BAY MONDAY WHILE ANOTHER LOW OF 29.7 INCHES FORMS OVER
THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE SECOND LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN
LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY NIGHT DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER MANITOBA WEDNESDAY
THEN OVER LAKE MICHIGAN BY THURSDAY NIGHT.
