IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES OVER THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST THIS MORNING WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST TODAY WHILE LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.5 INCHES OVER HUDSON BAY MOVES SLOWLY SOUTHEAST. THE LOW
WILL MOVE TO THE CANADIAN MARITIME PROVINCES FRIDAY WHILE A
TRAILING COLD FRONT MOVES ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. ANOTHER LOW OF
29.7 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND CANADIAN PRAIRIES
SATURDAY WILL LIFT ACROSS SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT WHILE ANOTHER
COLD FRONT PUSHES ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1
INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY AND EASTERN
LAKES WEDNESDAY.
