IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 INCH LOW IS OVER CENTRAL ONTARIO WHILE A 30.2
INCH HIGH STRETCHES FROM SOUTHERN MANITOBA THROUGH THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS. BOTH SYSTEMS WILL SHIFT EAST TONIGHT WITH THE LOW
WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER WESTERN QUEBEC TUESDAY
EVENING. THE HIGH WILL REACH THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY
EVENING BEFORE SHIFTING OVER THE EAST COAST FRIDAY AFTERNOON AS
LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES EJECTS EAST FROM THE ROCKIES.
