WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 INCH HIGH REMAINS ALONG THE EASTERN SEABOARD
THIS MORNING...AS A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.8
INCHES STRETCHES FROM THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THROUGH THE
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES. THE TROUGH WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES AS IT
MOVES OVER LAKE MICHIGAN TODAY AND WILL REACH THE ATLANTIC COAST
AT AROUND 30.1 INCHES SUNDAY MORNING. AN EXPANSIVE 31.0 HIGH
PRESSURE WILL SPREAD FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS SUNDAY MORNING TO
THE OHIO VALLEY AND POINTS SOUTH MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY WHILE
WEAKENING TO 30.4 INCHES. MEANWHILE...A 29.3 INCH LOW PRESSURE
CENTER WILL MOVE FROM NEAR HUDSON BAY LATE MONDAY NIGHT TO NEW
BRUNSWICK WEDNESDAY EVENING.
