FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 INCH LOW IS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL QUEBEC WHILE A
30.3 INCH HIGH STRETCHES FROM WESTERN ONTARIO ACROSS THE LOWER
OHIO VALLEY AND TO THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE. THE LOW WILL WEAKEN AS
IT MOVES EAST THIS EVENING WHILE THE HIGH STRENGTHENS TO 30.5
INCHES AND MOVES OVER THE MID OHIO VALLEY FRIDAY MORNING. ANOTHER
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OF 29.4 INCHES WILL BE OVER NORTHERN MANITOBA
FRIDAY AND SHIFT OVER HUDSON BAY SATURDAY. THE HIGH MEANDERS OVER
THE ATLANTIC SATURDAY EVENING. A DOUBLE BARREL LOW FORMS OVER THE
PLAINS SUNDAY WITH A NORTHERN PRESSURE CENTER OF 29.3 INCHES OVER
SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN...AND A SECOND PRESSURE CENTER OF 29.4
INCHES OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS REGION. THE TWO LOWS WILL
CONSOLIDATE OVER NORTHERN ILLINOIS AT 29.0 INCHES SUNDAY EVENING.
THE LOW DEEPENS TO 28.8 INCHES MONDAY AS IT SLIDES NORTH UP THE
LAKE...AND THEN CONTINUES INTO QUEBEC TUESDAY.
