WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.8 INCH LOW LIES OVER EASTERN INDIANA THIS MORNING
AND WILL DEEPEN TO 29.6 INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER NEW ENGLAND ON
SUNDAY. A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES SPANS FROM THE CENTRAL
PLAINS ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES AND INTO QUEBEC. THIS RIDGE WILL
GRADUALLY SHIFT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN ON SUNDAY. MEANWHILE A 29.8
INCH LOW FORMS OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST SUNDAY AND TRACKS EAST
ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES MONDAY TO THE EASTERN LAKES TUESDAY. A
30.0 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD OVER THE WESTERN LAKES WEDNESDAY.
