WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES OVER THE OHIO VALLEY WILL
REMAIN IN PLACE INTO TUESDAY...BLOCKED BY LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8
INCHES MOVING NORTH JUST OFF THE CAROLINA COAST. MEANWHILE...LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES IS OVER NORTHEAST MANITOBA...WITH AN
ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT EXTENDING SOUTHWEST TO A WEAKER LOW OF 29.7
INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE MAIN LOW OVER CANADA WILL MOVE
TO HUDSON BAY BY THIS EVENING WHILE THE COLD FRONT MOVES ACROSS
LAKE MICHIGAN. THE COLD FRONT WILL DISSIPATE TUESDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE SPREADING ACROSS THE MIDDLE AND UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
MERGES WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE OHIO VALLEY. WEAK HIGH
PRESSURE WILL VERY SLOWLY SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES TO
NEW ENGLAND BY WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER LOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER
THE CENTRAL PLAINS BY MID WEEK...WITH A WARM FRONT EXTENDING EAST
ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST.
