WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK SURFACE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
WESTERN LAKES WILL SHIFT EAST THIS AFTERNOON AS A 29.4 INCH LOW
OVER NORTH DAKOTA MOVES EAST ALONG THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER THIS
EVENING. THIS LOW WILL APPROACH LAKE SUPERIOR BY LATE TONIGHT. BY
FRIDAY THIS NEW LOW PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO MERGE WITH THE
REMNANTS OF THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES LOW OVER ONTARIO. AS THIS
OCCURS...THE LOW IS FORECAST TO DEEPEN TO AROUND 29.1
INCHES...WHILE MOVING JUST EAST OF JAMES BAY FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
SATURDAY. AN ASSOCIATED STRONG COLD FRONT WILL PUSH OVER THE LAKE
BY FRIDAY EVENING.
