WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER LAKE ONTARIO WILL
MOVE SOUTHEAST OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST WEDNESDAY MORNING...
THEN DEEPEN TO 29.4 INCHES AS IT MOVES ALONG THE NEW ENGLAND
COAST THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES
OVER ONTARIO WILL STRENGTHEN TO 30.5 INCHES AS IT MOVES EAST
INTO QUEBEC TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. A WEAKER RIDGE OF 30.3 INCHES
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING...THEN
