WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES LIES OVER THE WESTERN
GREAT LAKES REGION THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL MOVE TO NEW ENGLAND
BY MONDAY DEEPENING TO 29.3 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES
WILL BUILD ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TUESDAY...AND MOVE OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL DROP
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAY NIGHT...THEN MOVE TO NORTHERN
LAKE MICHIGAN EARLY FRIDAY. A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES WILL
