IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES CENTERED OVER LAKE HURON
WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY WHILE AN ELONGATED
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE EXTENDS FROM 29.6 INCHES OVER HUDSON BAY...
TO ANOTHER LOW OF 29.6 INCHES OVER THE DAKOTAS AND YET ANOTHER LOW
OF 29.6 INCHES OVER EASTERN COLORADO. THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL
GRADUALLY BUILD TO THE EAST...INTO NEW ENGLAND BY WEDNESDAY. THE
HUDSON BAY LOW WILL MOVE TO THE EAST AS THE DAKOTAS LOW DISSIPATES
AND THE EASTERN COLORADO LOW REMAINS STATIONARY. BY THURSDAY
EVENING...THE CANADIAN LOW WILL DRAG A COLD FRONT TO THE NORTHERN
END OF LAKE MICHGAN WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES BUILDS
OVER CENTRAL CANADA AND SPREADS INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THE
HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD SOUTH...FORCING THE COLD FRONT SOUTH
OF LAKE MICHIGAN BY FRIDAY EVENING...SETTING UP A PERIOD OF
EASTERLY WINDS INTO THE WEEKEND.
