IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER NORTHWEST IOWA WILL
MOVE TO THE UPPER MIDWEST THIS AFTERNOON...WITH A WARM FRONT
LIFTING NORTH ACROSS THE LAKE. ANOTHER STRONGER LOW OF 29.3
INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS SATURDAY NIGHT AND
DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT REACHES THE MID ATLANTIC COAST MONDAY.
A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AROUND 29.6 INCHES WILL MOVE OVER THE
LAKE TUESDAY.
