FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND
AND THE MID ATLANTIC REGION WILL MOVE OFF SHORE TODAY...WHILE AN
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES MOVES NORTHEAST FROM THE
CENTRAL PLAINS TO WISCONSIN BY MIDDAY AND TO NORTHERN LOWER
MICHIGAN BY THIS EVENING WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.5 INCHES. THIS LOW
WILL EVENTUALLY MERGE WITH A DEEPER LOW OF 29.3 INCHES OVER QUEBEC
WHICH IS CURRENTLY MOVING ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO AND WILL CROSS
JAMES BAY TONIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD
SOUTHEAST FROM ALBERTA INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGH WEDNESDAY
AND WILL STRENGTHEN TO 30.7 INCHES AS IT CONTINUES SOUTHEAST
ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND INTO THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY BY LATE
THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL THEN MOVE OFF TO THE EAST FRIDAY AS
ANOTHER LOW OF 29.4 INCHES MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN HUDSON BAY. THIS
LOW WILL TRAIL A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST AND GREAT
LAKES REGION THIS WEEKEND.
