Cool high pressure was over the lower Ohio Valley and lower
Mississippi Valley. A warm front was moving from west to east across
the Central Plains.

Skies were mostly sunny on Sunday, and mostly clear overnight. We
had some areas of frost Monday morning, and also some patchy fog.
During the day Monday, we once again enjoyed mostly sunny skies.

Sunday was unseasonably cool, with high temperatures only reaching
the upper 50s and lower 60s. Low temperatures overnight fell to near
record values. Lows were in the mid 30s to around 40. Two cold spots
fell to 30 degrees; Paoli, Indiana and Stamping Ground, Kentucky.

Under sunny skies, we were still unseasonably cool Monday afternoon.
Temperatures at 3 PM were in the mid 60s under mostly sunny skies.

Tonight will be partly cloudy and not as cool, with lows around in
the mid 40s to around 50. Tuesday will be mostly sunny and warmer,
with highs ranging from the upper 70s to lower 80s.
