.SYNOPSIS...A WEAKENING 29.8 INCH LOW WILL DRIFT ACROSS QUEBEC AND
INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES THROUGH THURSDAY. MEANWHILE A 30.2
INCH HIGH WILL BUILD FROM THE WESTERN LAKES TO THE LOWER LAKES.
THIS HIGH WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH FRIDAY BEFORE DRIFTING OFF
THE EASTERN SEABOARD SATURDAY. A WEAK TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES
WILL CROSS THE LOWER LAKES SUNDAY BEFORE ANOTHER 30.2 INCH HIGH
BUILDS OVER THE GREAT LAKES BY MONDAY.
