WAVES ARE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT - THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST
1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 INCH LOW ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY THIS EVENING
WILL MOVE TO LAKE ERIE THURSDAY AND THEN WILL GIVE WAY TO A
SECONDARY LOW ALONG THE NEW ENGLAND COAST BY FRIDAY MORNING. THIS
LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES BY SATURDAY AS A 29.9
INCH HIGH BUILDS INTO THE GREAT LAKES REGION. THEN A 29.6 INCH LOW
WILL STALL SOUTH OF HUDSON BAY SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
