TO THE SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY. THEN A 30.0 INCH HIGH NEAR OHIO IS
FORECAST LATER TONIGHT AND THURSDAY TO BUILD ACROSS THE LAKE AND
THEN QUEBEC ON FRIDAY. THIS WILL BE REPLACED BY A 30.3 INCH HIGH
WHICH WILL REMAIN ACROSS QUEBEC OVER THE WEEKEND...WHILE A 29.3
INCH LOW DEVELOPS ACROSS THE SOUTH- CENTRAL U.S.
