WAVES ARE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT - THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST
1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW OVER THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
WILL TRACK ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR BY LATE TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL
DEEPEN TO 29.6 INCHES AS IT TRACKS TO NEAR JAMES BAY BY MONDAY
WHILE PUSHING A COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE ONTARIO TONIGHT, FOLLOWED
BY WEAK RIDGING ACROSS THE LAKE MONDAY AND TUESDAY. A BROAD 29.5
INCH LOW WILL THEN GRADUALLY MOVE ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
ON WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.
