WILL PUSH A WARM FRONT ACROSS SOUTHERN ONTARIO TODAY. THE FRONT
WILL STALL OVER THE LAKE TONIGHT. A 30.2 INCH HIGH OVER EASTERN
QUEBEC ON THURSDAY WILL THEN BUILD SOUTH ACROSS NEW ENGLAND AND
EASTERN NEW YORK FRIDAY THROUGH THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.
