For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...

A 29.6 inch low over the central Great Lakes will track north of
the lake today, with an associated cold front crossing the lake
late tonight into Saturday. This low will then merge with another
low and deepen to 29.2 inches across the Canadian maritimes over
the weekend. Meanwhile a 30.1 inch high will build across the mid-
western states and ridge into the Ohio Valley early next week.
