SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY OVERNIGHT AND INTO WEDNESDAY. THEN A 30.0
INCH HIGH NEAR OHIO WEDNESDAY NIGHT IS FORECAST TO BUILD ACROSS
THE LAKE THURSDAY...AND THEN QUEBEC ON FRIDAY. THIS WILL BE
REPLACED BY A 30.3 INCH HIGH WHICH WILL REMAIN ACROSS QUEBEC OVER
THE WEEKEND...WHILE A 29.3 INCH LOW DEVELOPS ACROSS THE SOUTH-
