INCH LOW MOVES SLOWLY FROM NEAR JAMES BAY SUNDAY TO QUEBEC BY
TUESDAY. THIS LOW WILL FINALLY EXIT INTO LABRADOR BY WEDNESDAY AS
A WEAK 30.1 INCH HIGH BUILDS INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES.
