For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.0 inch high over the lake will depart to the
east today. A weak cool front will then cross the lake tonight
with another 30.0 inch high then settling across the lower Lakes
on Friday. A frontal boundary will develop across the region over
the weekend and a 29.8 inch low will track along this boundary
into the lower Great Lakes Sunday.

knots. A chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Waves

.TONIGHT...West winds 10 knots or less increasing to 10 to 15
knots. A chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Waves
2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 5 to 15 knots diminishing to less than
10 knots. Waves 1 foot or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 10 knots or less becoming east.
Showers likely during the day...then a chance of showers and
thunderstorms Saturday night. Waves 1 foot or less.
.SUNDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming north. Showers likely
with a chance of thunderstorms during the day...then a chance of
showers and thunderstorms Sunday night. Waves 2 feet or less.
