VALLEY THIS EVENING WILL CONSOLIDATE AND DEEPEN TO A 28.8 INCH LOW
NEAR THE SOO BY MONDAY MORNING. THE STORM WILL CONTINUE TO DEEPEN
AS IT WILL PUSH NORTH TO NEAR JAMES BAY BY MONDAY EVENING..THEN
WILL EXIT ACROSS NORTHERN QUEBEC MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY WHILE A
330.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY. THE AREA OF
HIGH PRESSURE WILL PASS OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES AND MID
ATLANTIC STATES TUESDAY NIGHT. A STRENGTHENING STORM IS FORECAST
TO MOVE UP THE EAST COAST ON WEDNESDAY.
