30.6 INCH HIGH OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON THURSDAY WILL SETTLE
OVER THE OHIO VALLEY THURSDAY NIGHT. AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL
PUSH SOUTH ACROSS THE LAKE LATE FRIDAY OR FRIDAY EVENING.
