CENTRAL AND NORTHERN QUEBEC SUNDAY AND REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH
TUESDAY. MEANWHILE A 29.4 INCH LOW WILL ORGANIZE OVER THE
SOUTHEAST STATES SUNDAY AND MOVE TO NEAR THE DELMARVA BY MONDAY
NIGHT WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.2 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL MOVE NORTH
ALONG THE EAST COAST TO MAINE BY TUESDAY NIGHT.
