Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 16Z, or 9 AM PDT, a 1027 MB surface high
was located 800 NM W of Point Conception. A 998 MB surface low
was centered in Colorado. Widespread strong west to northwest
winds and large seas across the waters today will slowly decrease
tonight and Tue.
