MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER WESTERN HUDSON BAY WILL
PUSH A 29.8 INCH TROUGH ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TODAY. THE LOW
WILL MOVE SOUTH OF JAMES BAY SUNDAY AFTERNOON...THEN LIFT ACROSS
QUEBEC THROUGH TUESDAY. THIS WILL EXPAND THE 29.8 INCH TROUGH INTO
THE LOWER GREAT LAKES THROUGH TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES
EXTENDING FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS TUESDAY
