Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Through tonight, Lake Superior will be between a 29.6
inch low pressure over northwestern Quebec and a 30.6 inch high
pressure over the Lower Mississippi Valley. The high will stall
out at 30.3 inches over the southeastern U.S. through the weekend.
Locally, a 29.8 inch trough will drift from Lake Manitoba to the
Upper Great Lakes Thursday. A 29.3 inch low pressure will then
develop across southern Manitoba Friday and track eastward to
central Quebec by midday Saturday. On Sunday morning, a 29.6 inch
low over the Colorado Rockies will eject into the central plains
and deepen to 29.4 inches as it moves across the Western Great
Lakes late Monday.
