WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHWEST QUEBEC ON THURSDAY MORNING. AS THIS LOW
TRACKS EAST THROUGH SOUTHERN QUEBEC...A 30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE
IN THE PLAINS TODAY WILL DRIFT INTO THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI RIVER
VALLEY LATE THURSDAY AND THEN INTO THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON FRIDAY.
A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA ON SATURDAY
WILL MOVE INTO QUEBEC ON SUNDAY TO THE NORTH OF A 29.3 INCH LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPING IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS. EXPECT THIS LOW TO
