MOVES TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY EVENING...HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THE HIGH WILL
SHIFT SLIGHTLY SOUTH AND EAST WEDNESDAY AS A 29.9 INCH LOW PRESSURE
TROUGH SWINGS ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO. THE HIGH WILL THEN REMAIN OVER
