MANITOBA TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS ON THURSDAY EVENING WILL SLIDE
EASTWARD THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING...EXTENDING FROM WESTERN ONTARIO TO
THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE HIGH PRESSURE OVER NEW ENGLAND WILL WEAKEN
