THE LOWER LAKES AND NEW YORK STATE WEDNESDAY MORNING AS A 30.4 INCH
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDS OVER WESTERN ONTARIO THROUGH THE CENTRAL
PLAINS. THE RIDGE WILL EXTEND FROM SASKATCHEWAN THROUGH MINNESOTA AND
INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON THURSDAY.
