INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN QUEBEC AND TO THE EAST OF A 30.2 INCH
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE IN THE PLAINS. A WEAK 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE
RIDGE WILL FOLLOW INTO THE UPPER LAKES ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE ANOTHER
SUBTLE LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES RETURNS ON THURSDAY
INTO FRIDAY. LOOK FOR A 30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM TO BUILD OVER
