For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure system of 30.8 inches over southern
Saskatchewan will reach the Ohio River Valley by Sunday, with a
30.6 inch ridge extending from east Texas to northern Quebec by
Sunday night. A 30.1 inch trough will move over the western Great
Lakes Monday as a 31.0 inch high moves into the northern Plains.
The trough will move over the eastern Great Lakes Tuesday as the
high slowly slides southeast, reaching the lower Mississippi
Valley late Wednesday.
