QUEBEC WILL MOVE TO THE OHIO VALLEY THIS AFTERNOON AS 29.7 INCH LOW
PRESSURE ACROSS MANITOBA DROPS SOUTHEAST TO THE MINNESOTA ARROWHEAD.
THE LOW WILL REACH NEAR SAULT STE. MARIE ON MONDAY MORNING THEN MOVE
TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY MORNING. EXPECT 30.1 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE ACROSS MANITOBA ON MONDAY MORNING TO BUILD ACROSS ONTARIO
AND LAKE SUPERIOR AT 30.3 INCHES MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. THE HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL SLIDE INTO QUEBEC AT 30.5 INCHES TUESDAY NIGHT
AND WEDNESDAY...WHILE KEEPING A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES ACROSS
LAKE SUPERIOR. EXPECT THIS RIDGE TO SLOWLY WEAKEN ON THURSDAY WHILE A
LOW PRESSURE TROUGH OF 29.7 INCHES FROM MANITOBA THROUGH HUDSON BAY
