PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA WILL MOVE EAST INTO QUEBEC
AND DRAG A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES THROUGH THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY. ON WEDNESDAY...EXPECT A 30.3 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE AREA TO BUILD NEAR JAMES BAY AND EXTEND A RIDGE AXIS OVER
LAKE SUPERIOR. A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE CENTER DEVELOPING OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS ON WEDNESDAY WILL DRIFT INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA ON
THURSDAY AS THE HIGH PRESSURE CENTER SHIFTS INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC.
EXPECT THIS LOW TO MEANDER SLOWLY ACROSS NORTHWEST MINNESOTA ON
