IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM CENTERED JUST TO THE
EAST OF JAMES BAY WILL DRIFT SLOWLY TO THE EAST ACROSS QUEBEC
THIS WEEKEND WHILE A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER IOWA
LIFTS OVER LAKE SUPERIOR SUNDAY EVENING AND WESTERN ONTARIO ON
MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL REACH NORTHERN QUEBEC ON TUESDAY WITH
A LINGERING TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES OVER THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES. A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP ON THIS TROUGH
TUESDAY AND DISSIPATE OVER EASTERN ONTARIO WEDNESDAY. A 30.0 INCH
RIDGE OVER MINNESOTA WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES
OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY.
