For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 inch trough will track across Lake Superior
today, and will strengthen to 29.5 inches just east of Lake Huron
tonight. The low will continue to track over southern Quebec on
Thursday as a 30.3 inch ridge drifts across the Upper Great Lakes.
This ridge will continue eastward ahead of another 29.6 inch
trough that will cross the Upper Great Lakes Friday night. This
trough will move eastward through the weekend while a 30.0 inch
ridge gradually builds across the region by Sunday.
