For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough averaging 29.9 inches extending
from the northern Plains through Lake Superior will remain nearly
stationary through today. Low pressure of 29.7 inches over the
central Plains will lift northeast through Minnesota into Ontario
by Sunday evening, sending a cold front across Lake Superior. High
pressure of 30.1 inches will move over the western Great Lakes by
Monday morning and will reach James Bay by Wednesday morning as a
29.5 inch trough moves into the northern Plains. This trough will
weaken to around 29.7 inches as it moves across the Upper Great
Lakes late Wednesday into Thursday.
