THE LOW MOVES TO THE ATLANTIC COAST BY TUESDAY NIGHT THE HIGH OVER
HUDSON BAY WILL PUSH A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES OVER THE GREAT
LAKES REGION. AS THE HIGH BUILDS TO 30.6 INCHES OVER HUDSON BAY
THROUGH FRIDAY...EXPECT THE RIDGE TO REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER
