For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.8 inch low pressure over far eastern Ontario will
move into Quebec this morning. A 30.1 inch high pressure centered
over Minnesota will build across the Upper Great Lakes today...
then remain nearly stationary through Tuesday. As the high moves
over the east coast Wednesday, a 29.6 inch low pressure will make
its way from the northern Plains to far western Ontario.
