LOW PRESSURE ORGANIZES OVER THE WESTERN PLAINS. A 29.9 INCH TROUGH
MOVES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TONIGHT. ON FRIDAY
AFTERNOON...THIS LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS AS 30.5
INCH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO. THE HIGH WILL
BUILD TO 30.6 INCHES OVER JAMES BAY SATURDAY AFTERNOON AS THE LOW
WEAKENS TO 29.7 INCHES OVER WESTERN ILLINOIS. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
LIFT MOVE TO NEW ENGLAND ON SUNDAY WHILE THE LOW OVER ILLINOIS
FURTHER WEAKENS. A 29.9 INCH RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER
