INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN THIS MORNING WILL
SLIDE SOUTHEAST THROUGH MINNESOTA AND INTO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY
LATE TUESDAY. IN ITS WAKE...A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.1
INCHES WILL LINGER BACK INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY
TO THE SOUTH OF A 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED NEAR JAMES BAY.
ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL DROP ACROSS
LAKE SUPERIOR ON THURSDAY IN ADVANCE OF A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE
