WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE NEAR JAMES BAY WILL LIFT TO
THE NORTHEAST TODAY AND DRAG A COLD FRONT INTO THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES. AS THIS FRONT STALLS JUST TO THE SOUTH OF LAKE SUPERIOR
TONIGHT...ANOTHER 29.3 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS
THIS MORNING WILL LIFT NORTHEAST ALONG THIS BOUNDARY TO NEAR THE
STRAITS OF MACKINAC ON THURSDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.6 INCHES.
AFTER THIS LOW MOVES INTO NEW ENGLAND ON FRIDAY...A 30.3 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE OVER SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA ON THURSDAY WILL DRIFT EAST
JUST TO THE NORTH OF LAKE SUPERIOR AND INTO QUEBEC ON SATURDAY. A
29.9 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS ON SATURDAY WILL
THEN MOVE NORTHEAST INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON SUNDAY.
