INCHES...AS A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH EXTENDS FROM THE CENTRAL
PLAINS TO HUDSON BAY. THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL WEAKEN TO 30.0 INCHES
MONDAY EVENING...AS IT SLIDES TO THE EAST. THE MAIN PART OF THE
TROUGH WILL DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES OVER MANITOBA MONDAY EVENING.
