ONTARIO THIS EVENING WILL THEN SLIDE TO NEAR JAMES BAY BY TUESDAY
EVENING...DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR ON TUESDAY. AS
THE LOW DRIFTS INTO QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY...EXPECT A 30.8 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE OVER CENTRAL CANADA TO MOVE SOUTHEAST AND INTO THE NORTHERN
PLAINS ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THIS HIGH WILL CONTINUE SOUTHEAST THROUGH
THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY ON THURSDAY AND INTO THE OHIO
