WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE NEAR JAMES BAY WILL TRACK
OVER SOUTHERN QUEBEC TONIGHT AND TUESDAY WITH A 29.9 INCH TROUGH
LINGERING OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE
WILL THEN DEVELOP OVER THE OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY NIGHT. THIS LOW
WILL TRACK TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY AND TO NEW ENGLAND
ON FRIDAY. MEANWHILE...A 29.9 INCH RIDGE EXTENDING FROM THE
WESTERN DAKOTAS TO HUDSON BAY ON TUESDAY WILL REACH THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY AT A PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES. THE RIDGE
WILL SHIFT EAST ON FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES MOVES
EAST TO SOUTHERN MANITOBA. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES
OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO ON SATURDAY.
