OVERNIGHT RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RECOVER IN THE 60-80

15-25 PERCENT RANGE EACH AFTERNOON. HOWEVER...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST
20-FOOT WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN BELOW CRITICAL THRESHOLDS...WITH
THE EXCEPTION OF FRIDAY LATE AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING...WHEN A
BREEZY COLD FRONT IMPINGES ON THE REGION. THIS FRONT WILL
THEREFORE VEER WINDS TO THE NORTHWEST AT 15-20 MPH DURING THE
AFOREMENTIONED TIME...BUT FUELS ENCOMPASSING NORMAL MOISTURE WILL
