FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS REMAIN LOW THROUGH THE FIRST PART OF THE WORK WEEK.
MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH VALUES WILL SLOWLY FALL BACK INTO THE 20 TO 30 PERCENT
RANGE WITH A LIGHT AND VARIABLE TO LIGHT NORTHERLY WIND.  FUELS CONTINUE TO
GREEN AND FUEL MOISTURE CONTENT WILL REMAIN ABOVE NORMAL TO NEAR NORMAL
FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.
