PERCENT RANGE. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM TO/SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL
FRIDAY...WHILST 20-FOOT NORTHWEST WIND SPEEDS INCREASE INTO THE
15-20 MPH...PARTICULARLY ACROSS THE FAR SOUTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE
AND NORTHWEST SOUTH PLAINS. ALTHOUGH HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM
20-30 PERCENT WHICH IS ABOVE CRITICAL THRESHOLDS...DRY FINE FUELS
COULD ALLOW FOR EASY FIRE IGNITION. AS SUCH...SLIGHT CONCERNS FOR
ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL EXIST. TEMPERATURES WILL
WARM TO A FEW DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL BY SATURDAY...AND 20-FOOT
SOUTHWEST WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN BREEZY /15-20 MPH/. AS
SUCH...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL EXIST PARTICULARLY ON
