.DISCUSSION...
Winds are expected to remain generally from the west, with some
variation from west-southwest to west-northwest through 3-4 pm
this afternoon. A weak cold front will move across the area in the
late afternoon and early evening. As the front moves through, the
winds are expected to become light as they shift around to the
north, northeast, then finally east by 7 pm or so. Relative
humidity should be around 85 to 90 percent at 7 am, then
gradually drop into the 30s this afternoon. The only expected
cloud cover is high-altitude cirrus moving in from the northwest
during the afternoon.
