.DISCUSSION...
Strong west wind will continue through the afternoon until sunset
when a gradual decrease in wind speeds will take place, but will
remain between 10 to 20 MPH.  Direction will remain out of the west
through midnight and then start to transition to more of a
northwesterly direction. Little improvement in RH values will take
place until after sunset when temperatures begin to cool. Areas of
blowing dust will also continue through evening. Dry air will remain
in place over the burn area tomorrow. RH values will once again drop
into the teens during the afternoon. Tomorrow winds will remain from
the north the entire day with values between 15 - 25 mph and gust as
high as 30 mph.
