PLAINVIEW THROUGH TULIA AND WEST TO NEAR DIMMITT...WHILE ISOLATED
LIGHT SHOWERS WILL BE FOUND ELSEWHERE ON THE CAP-ROCK. MOST RAIN
AMOUNTS WILL BE LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH...BUT UP TO A QUARTER
OF AN INCH WILL FALL JUST SOUTH AND EAST OF HAPPY. SHOWERS WILL
DRIFT TO THE NORTH.
