ISOLATED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY THUNDER WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP
ACROSS THE ROLLING PLAINS TOWARDS THE SOUTHEAST TEXAS PANHANDLE
AND EASTERN SOUTH PLAINS THROUGH 10 AM. PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE
OFF TO THE NORTHWEST AT 20 MPH.  RAINFALL FROM THESE SHOWERS WILL
BE MOSTLY AROUND A TENTH INCH...BUT A FEW HIGHER TOTALS NEAR A
QUARTER INCH ARE POSSIBLE.
