Showers and an occasional thunderstorm will develop and spread
north across the South plains and southern Texas Panhandle through
8 pm. The activity will be somewhat scattered but anyone seeing a
heavier shower or storm could pick up a quick quarter inch of
rainfall. Outside of the showers expect cloud skies with
temperatures falling through the 40s.
