MORNING. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
CONTINUE ACROSS THE WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST
TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH 4 AM. RAINFALL OF A HALF INCH TO AN INCH
IS POSSIBLE MAINLY FROM THE EASTERN SOUTH PLAINS INTO THE ROLLING
PLAINS WHERE MINOR LOW-LAND FLOODING WILL OCCUR...WHILE AMOUNTS AS
HIGH AS A TENTH TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH MAY FALL WEST OF
INTERSTATE 27.
